Record Research consists of researching documents filed of record. This can include tracing the chain of title for properties, or looking for wording or clauses in deeds that may affect or restrict the use of land. This is also used to determine who owns the mineral rights to properties etc. Coleman & Associates also provides Deed Sketches. A deed sketch is a graphic representations of the written metes and bounds descriptions found in deed documents.
